With the Scott Scale you are well equipped for cross-country adventures
At Scott, innovation is capitalized:
Experience gained in winter sports and motocross is incorporated into the bikes. At the end of the 80s Scott has brought the aero handlebars on the market and shortly thereafter the Unishock suspension.
Since the first carbon MTB, the bikes have been constantly refined. The new Scale is a product of Scott's progressive approach.
The Scott Scale is available in 2 versions
The new Scale is a hardtail MTB that has won several prestigious titles. Among them are World Cups, gold medals at the Olympics and World Championships. Numerous victories were achieved by Nino Schurter. In racing you will be thrilled by it, as well as in the marathon. The good stiffness helps you to the required maximum performance.
The lightweight frame not only looks aggressive, but also puts out a fair amount of power. The carbon frame allows for a fast and agile riding style. With it you master almost any terrain.
You sit comfortably and yet the new Scale offers good efficiency. The angle of the head tube is adjusted so that it guarantees you a stable and controlled ride. Even at high speeds you need not worry.
The top tube is slightly sloping, which gives you an upright riding position. This results in less strain on your back and you won't even want to get off the Scale.
Along with the suspension fork, the seatpost makes for a comfortable ride. Both offer you more comfort by absorbing the bumps.
The gear groups give you a wide range of gears. Climbing is thus made easy and the descents bring lots of fun. To cope with the high speeds, the Scale has hydraulic disc brakes installed. Pinpoint braking is easy with the disc brakes.
If you're into endurance and technique, then you'll be right at home with the Scott Scale XC mountain bike. Cross-country enjoys increasing popularity.
