About Bianchi Oltre

What makes the Bianchi Oltre so special?
Bianchi has more than 125 years of cycling history under their belt and has long been known in the cycling community. Their trademark Celeste turquoise color, which has grown and changed over the years, is an integral, distinguishing feature that makes bikes from this brand easily recognizable. Bianchi began out of a small workshop in Via Nirone in Milan. They have the Via Nirone 7 range, which pays homage to their humble start. When they hit the market, and ever since, Bianchi bikes have been used to win major races and competitions, starting with Fausto Coppi, through Pantani to the Jumbo Visma team today.

Which components does the Bianchi Oltre use?
The Bianchi Oltre offers an array of choices in its components depending on which version of the bike you choose. Customization begins with the frameset, which allows you to tailor your bike to your exact preference. With so many models available, even the basic equipment has a wide selection of variations. The gear options encompass top-tier manufacturers such as Campagnolo, SRAM, and Shimano.
Shift groups include rear and front derailleurs and shift levers. Bianchi relies on market leaders Shimano, SRAM, and Campagnolo again. All are wirelessly controlled for seamless chain transitions between chainrings.
Disc brakes are predominantly used in the new Oltre models, offering precise modulation and consistent performance, especially in wet conditions. The Oltre XR4 Disc features disc brakes, while some older models feature rim brakes.
Saddle options include Fizik Argo Vento, Fizik Antares R7, Bianchi Reparto Corse, or Velomann Mitora, depending on the model. Seatposts like the Oltre Full Carbon Aero and Velomann Aero Stem are utilized. The FSA Orbit headset complements the Vision Metron 5D ACR handlebar stem unit.
Wheels range from Fulcrum Racing 418 to Reparto Corse Carbon or Velomann Carbon. Vittoria Rubino Pro tires with 3C-Graphene technology ensure versatility.
Pedals aren't typically included in basic equipment, as riders usually have a personal preference. It’s a good idea to choose your pedals yourself.
